    • This fine product was developed to yield high quality vanilla frozen dessert with the simplest preparation possible. This product is prepared by adding cold water to a dry mix making a liquid mixture that goes into a soft serve machine. The end result is a smooth and creamy frozen dessert product. This product is non-dairy and is not considered to be ice cream or frozen yogurt. The color is a white and the flavor is distinctly vanilla. These products shall be free of all rancid, bitter, musty, or other undesirable flavors or odors. These products shall be free of all types of foreign material as can be achieved through Good Manufacturing Practices.

    • This product shall be of food grade in all respects, including labeling, in compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1939 as amended and all applicable regulations thereunder.

    • Preparation
    • For 6 lbs. (1 bag) of frozen dessert powder, use 9 quarts of cold water. Pour required amount of water into mixing container and then add mix. Mix thoroughly until all powder is dissolved completely. Pour liquid mixture into machine. Frozen dessert should be ready within 15 minutes depending on soft serve machine specifications. Follow machine manufacturer’s guidelines.

    • Storage
    • Unopened bags can be stored up to one year if kept in clean, cool, dry pantry or warehouse. Once prepared, the liquid mixture must be covered and refrigerated.
