    • This fine product line of pudding powders  was developed to yield high quality, instant pudding desserts with the simplest preparation possible. These products are prepared by combining cold milk with a dry mix. These puddings have distinct flavors and rich, creamy colors. These products shall be free of all rancid, bitter, musty, or other undesirable flavors or odors. These products shall be free of all types of foreign material as can be achieved through Good Manufacturing Practices.

    • Sugar, Modified Food Starch, Cocoa (in Chocolate), Dextrose (in Butterscotch), Whey (from Milk), Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Mono & Diglycerides, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Calcium Sulfate, Artificial Flavor, Artificial Colors (FD&C yellow #5 & #6 in Banana, Coconut, Lemon and Vanilla).

    • Preparation
    • Use 1 gallon of cold milk per 24 oz. pouch of pudding. Use 3 gallons of cold milk per 4.5 lb. bag of pudding. Pour ½ of the required amount of cold milk into a mixing bowl. Then add all required amount of pudding. Use a wire ship to mix well and make a paste. Then add the balance of the cold milk. Mix until smooth and creamy. Pour pudding batter into desired serving containers. Refrigerate for about 1 – 2 hours or until firm. Stir the finished product slightly before serving for a creamier appearance.
